The Cirò Bianco Segno DOC by Librandi is a refined example of white wine produced in the historic wine-growing region of Cirò, in Calabria. This wine stands out for its freshness and its ability to express the unique terroir of this area.

Primarily made from Greco Bianco grapes, a native varietal that imparts a distinctive note, the Cirò Bianco Segno DOC is characterized by a light straw yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and green apple, enriched by nuances of white flowers and a subtle mineral touch reminiscent of flint.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that makes it lively and inviting. Its structure is light but persistent, with a clean and refreshing finish that leaves the palate satisfied and ready for another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Cirò Bianco Segno DOC pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and fresh cheeses. It is also a delightful companion for Mediterranean cuisine, especially those dishes incorporating aromatic herbs and delicate ingredients.

From a production standpoint, Librandi employs modern and sustainable methods, respecting nature and promoting biodiversity in the vineyard. This not only ensures the quality of the wine but also contributes to the well-being of the Cirò viticultural landscape.

Therefore, the Cirò Bianco Segno DOC is an excellent choice for those seeking a white wine that offers immediate pleasure while also representing its origin with integrity.
