The Col di Manza Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG from Perlage shows a bright straw-yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it offers delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple and ripe pear, accompanied by light citrus hints that bring freshness; the fine bubbles enhance its elegance. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a pleasant residual sweetness balanced by good acidity that keeps the drinking experience lean and agreeable, showing lively character and a fresh, slightly savory finish.

Suitable as an aperitif to accompany snacks and light starters, it enhances fish dishes, shellfish and summer salads; it also pairs well with delicate cold cuts and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in coupe glasses or flutes to showcase its bubbles and aromas. Ideal for those seeking a fruity, approachable wine, perfect for informal convivial moments or to accompany dry pastries and light desserts.
