The Condrieu - Invite - M. Chapoutier is a white wine of exceptional quality and refinement, produced in the Condrieu appellation, located in the northern region of the Rhône Valley, France. This area is renowned for the production of some of the most expressive and characteristic white wines based on Viognier, a grape variety that finds its maximum expression in this area thanks to the particular climate and unique soils that characterize the region.

Michel Chapoutier is one of the most respected and innovative producers in the Rhône Valley, known for his philosophy that places the utmost respect for the terroir and the environment at its centre, adopting biodynamic farming practices in many of his vineyards. With "Invite", Chapoutier offers a Condrieu that captures the pure essence of Viognier, highlighting the aromatic qualities and complexity that only this grape can express when grown in ideal conditions.

At sight, the Condrieu - Invitare presents itself with a brilliant golden yellow color, a sign of the richness and concentration of the wine. On the nose, the bouquet is intensely aromatic, with seductive aromas of white flowers, such as violet and acacia, ripe white pulp fruit, peaches and apricots, and notes of sweet spices and vanilla, the result of the elegant aging in barrique which integrates without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates extraordinary richness and roundness, with an almost unctuous texture that envelops the palate. The acidity is well balanced, giving liveliness and length, while the fruity and floral flavors blend with mineral touches and a light spiciness in the finish, making the tasting experience complex and memorable.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with refined dishes, the Condrieu - Invitation by M. Chapoutier goes perfectly with cuisine based on fish, seafood, aromatic Asian dishes, or creamy cheeses. It is also a wine that can be appreciated for its intrinsic beauty, as a meditation wine.
