The Côte de Nuits-Village Rouge from Domaine Pillot Henry is an authentic expression of the renowned Burgundy terroir. This wine, carefully crafted from Pinot Noir grapes, is celebrated for its distinctive character and refined elegance. On the nose, it presents an intriguing bouquet of red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, enhanced by subtle spicy notes and a hint of wet earth, typical of Pinot Noir grown in this region.

On the palate, the Côte de Nuits-Village Rouge offers a balanced taste with a medium structure and soft tannins that harmoniously integrate with the freshness of the fruit. The well-balanced acidity leads to a persistent finish that leaves memories of berries and light earthy nuances.

Ideal as a complement to delicate red meat dishes or medium-aged cheeses, this wine stands out for its ability to combine intensity and delicate complexity. A short period of decantation before serving is recommended to enhance its full aromatic nuances.
