The "Cote du Rhone - Il Fait Soif" from Domaine Gramenon is a true expression of the renowned terroir of the Vallée du Rhône. This wine was created by highlighting typical varietals of the region, respecting winemaking techniques that accentuate the wine's freshness and accessibility, while maintaining a complex and captivating structure.

The color is a lively ruby red, foretelling intense aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, along with hints of spices and aromatic herbs typical of the region. On the palate, "Il Fait Soif" offers a harmonious balance between refreshing acidity and soft tannins, making it pleasantly drinkable while young but also capable of evolving well over a few years in the cellar.

Ideal as a companion to rustic dishes, grilled meats, and medium-aged cheeses, this Cote du Rhone is an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines authenticity, quality, and immediate pleasure. Produced with an organic and biodynamic approach, it reflects Domaine Gramenon's commitment to environmental respect and the production of wines that faithfully reflect their terroir.

Winery history
Founded in 1978 in Montbrison-sur-Lez by Philippe Laurent and Michèle Aubéry-Laurent, the estate has grown while maintaining a natural farming approach. After Philippe’s passing, Michèle continued to manage the estate together with the family, with their son Maxime-François involved in the estate’s wine projects.

The stated goal is to produce lively, expressive, approachable wines that emphasize fruit and terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in Montbrison-sur-Lez in the Drôme provençale, at the foot of the Prealps.
