The Cotes Catalanes - Mon P'Tit Pithon - Blanc is a pure and vibrant expression of the organic viticulture practiced by Olivier Pithon. This white wine, hailing from the picturesque region of Roussillon in France, reflects the producer's commitment to sustainability and biodiversity.

Produced mainly from Maccabeu grapes, with touches of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc, this wine stands out for its unparalleled freshness and well-defined minerality, typical of the arid and rocky lands of southern France. On the nose, the Mon P'Tit Pithon offers an enticing bouquet of white flowers, citrus notes, and a slight hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is balanced, with good acidity and a persistence that invites contemplation.

Versatile at the table, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, seafood, and even fresh cheeses. This wine not only tells the story of its terroir but also testifies to Olivier Pithon's respect for nature and the wine-producing landscape of his territory. A must for lovers of organic and high-quality wines.
