Distillation

Traditional discontinuous method (caldaiette and distillation column); presence of a historic plant with copper caldaiette and plate columns; for some processes a small 100 L alembic is employed.

Ageing

Aging in the cellar; some reserve grappa are aged in barriques for at least 18 months.
