Il Crémant d’Alsace Brut del Domaine Allimant Laugner è la perfetta espressione del terroir alsaziano, caratterizzato dalla sue eleganza e raffinatezza. Questa magnifica cuvée, presentata nel formato Magnum, è frutto di un'attenta selezione dei migliori vitigni Chardonnay e Pinot Blanc della regione.

Alla vista, si presenta con un colore dorato brillante, arricchito da una fine e persistente effervescenza. Al naso, si apre con un bouquet complesso e aromatico, dominato da sentori di fiori bianchi, agrumi e leggere note di frutta secca, come la mandorla e la nocciola. Il palato è finemente bilanciato, con una fresca acidità che accompagna delicate note fruttate e una leggera mineralità, tipica del suolo calcareo dell'Alsazia.

Questo Crémant d’Alsace Brut è ideale per festeggiare occasioni speciali, grazie alla sua naturale longevità e alla capacità di evolvere in bottiglia, soprattutto nel formato Magnum. Crémant, which represents an important part of the estate's production. Vineyard parcels in the Grand Cru Praelatenberg and terroir cuvées / late-harvest wines available. Winery with a documented history dating back to the 18th century and currently family-run. Production based on the 7–8 typical Alsatian grape varieties and low-impact viticultural practices.
Winery history
The estate originated from the union of the Allimant and Laugner families; the family's presence in the vineyards is documented as far back as the early decades of the 18th century. Modern management is in the hands of the Laugner family, with Hubert at the helm and his son Nicolas joining the estate in 2013.
Production philosophy
The estate aims to balance tradition and modern technologies, carrying out many vineyard operations by hand to limit interventions and favor low-impact practices; in the cellar it seeks maximum precision with up-to-date equipment and fermentations using indigenous yeasts.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyard is located in the Haut-Koenigsbourg area of Alsace, with parcels also in the Grand Cru Praelatenberg on granitic and metamorphic slopes typical of the area at the foot of the castle.
