The Crémant de Loire Brut from Chateau de Bellevue is an excellent expression of the winemaking tradition of the Loire Valley. With a skilful blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for its traditional method fermentation process, which is the same used for producing Champagne.

With its straw yellow color and greenish reflections, it offers a fine and persistent perlage that heralds a complex and inviting aroma. On the nose, fresh notes of citrus fruits, white peach, and a slight hint of almond are perceived, enriched by a subtle aroma of brioche and vanilla imparted by bottle aging.

On the palate, the Crémant de Loire Brut from Chateau de Bellevue reveals itself to be elegant and balanced, with a lively freshness that harmonizes with a delicate creaminess and a pleasant minerality. The finish is long, clean, and characterized by a delicate aftertaste of white-fleshed fruit.

This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif, but its versatility also makes it ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood, or as a celebration in special moments. It is best served well chilled, between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius, to fully appreciate its range of flavors and aromas.
