Crémant du Jura Esprit Chard by Marcel Cabelier is a sparkling wine offering that presents itself with elegant simplicity. In the glass it shows a luminous straw-yellow colour and a fine bead; on the nose one can perceive delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and a hint of bread crust, in a profile that remains fresh and flowing. The structure is restrained but present, with a balance that favours drinkability and gustatory clarity, suitable for those seeking a versatile sparkling wine without excessive pretension.

It works well as an aperitif and alongside light starters, delicate fish dishes and fresh or soft cheeses. It is recommended to serve well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, in flutes or tulip glasses to appreciate the effervescence and subtle aromas. An ideal bottle for informal moments and convivial dinners, leaving room for simplicity and the pleasure of everyday drinking. It can also accompany dishes based on shellfish and delicate rice preparations.
