The Curtefranca Bianco Uccellanda DOC from Bellavista is a white wine that modestly interprets the Curtefranca designation. In the glass it shows a fragrant, composed profile: on the nose there are white flowers and ripe citrus, with light hints of green apple and pear; the bouquet remains elegant and unobtrusive. On the palate it displays fresh acidity balanced by a medium-bodied structure, with a saline thread supporting a clean and relatively persistent finish. It is a wine of balance, intended for subtlety rather than to stand up to strong flavors.

It is suited to serving as an aperitif or accompanying delicate seafood dishes: raw fish preparations, shellfish, fish risottos and salads with fresh herbs. It also pairs well with light white meat dishes and mild fresh cheeses. Serve at around 8–10 °C; preferable to consume young to appreciate its freshness and tension. Suitable for those seeking a sober, versatile choice for informal occasions and summer lunches.
