Cantina Bertani è un'antica casa vinicola che ha origine nel 1857 con l’Unità d’Italia, guidata dalla voglia e l’orgoglio di rappresentare l’eccellenza di una nuova nazione con una cultura millenaria.

Custoza è un blend di uve Trebbiano, Garganega, Cortese e Malvasia.

Si presenta al calice con una veste giallo paglierino con lievi riflessi verdognoli. Dall'esame olfattivo si evince un aroma particolarmente fruttato di mela e pesca, al quale si aggiungono in sottofondo eleganti sentori di fiori bianchi e mandorle.

All'assaggio si dimostra sin dal primo sorso un vino molto piacevole, capace di concedere gradevoli sensazioni sapide ben equilibrate con la fragrante acidità. 

Ottimo vino da aperitivo o da abbinare con primi piatti e secondi a base di pesce, crostacei e formaggi freschi.

Winery history
Founded by the Bertani family in the second half of the 19th century, the winery has built a long tradition tied to Valpolicella and to the production of dry wines and wines made using the appassimento method. The historic estate includes Villa Mosconi in Novare di Arbizzano di Negrar, a site closely linked to the origins and preservation of many local winemaking practices. Bertani preserves an extensive sequence of historic vintages and has contributed to defining the Amarone style in the area.
