Cuvèe Extra Dry is a prosecco produced by Società Agricola Montaia, a company located on the first hills outside Cesena where its splendid vineyards are located a few kilometers as the crow flies from the sea, and thus enjoy a perfect microclimate positively influenced by the sea breezes. A recently built reality, equipped with ultra-modern processing plants. The entire production chain is managed entirely within the company, with controlled temperature processes.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful bright straw yellow color marked by infinite bubbles. The nose comes with fruity aromas of citrus and aromatic herbs, with hints of bread crust and honey. The taste is truly satisfying, pleasantly fresh and well balanced, with a citrus finish and a long mineral trail.
Perfect as an aperitif and excellent with appetizers, Cuvèe Extra Dry Montaia is an extremely versatile glass that goes perfectly with fish and white meat dishes. It also goes well with vegetable quiches and semi-mature cheeses, and is a must-try with delicate fries.
