Grapes harvested by hand in September. This is followed by delicate pressing and slow fermentation in steel tanks. Second fermentation in autoclave.
With a classic straw yellow color, it shows beautiful multiple fruity scents, from pear to plum and peach. With balsamic hints on the finish and an unexpected softness to the taste, with a delicate freshness.
It goes nicely with fish-based dishes and aperitifs.
