The Franciacorta DOCG 2004 Riserva from Mirabella presents itself as a bottle for those seeking depth and balance in a sparkling wine. The Riserva designation implies greater complexity and an evolved character; on the palate there is a measured balance between structure and freshness, with an aromatic profile that develops over time. It is a wine that invites slow tasting, suitable for occasions when one wants to contemplate the passage of time in the glass.

On the nose and palate there are dry and savory nuances, with hints ranging from ripe fruit to yeasty and lightly toasted tones, always with notable persistence. It pairs with dishes of raw or gently cooked fish, shellfish, flavorful pasta and rice dishes, and medium-mature cheeses; it can also support more elaborate white meat preparations. Serve moderately chilled in glasses that enhance aromatic perception.
