The Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Vignavillej of Brovia is born in the fertile vineyards of the Alba hills, the beating heart of Piedmont, where Dolcetto finds its ideal habitat. This wine stands out for its fresh and fruity profile, typical of the Dolcetto grape, with hints of ripe cherry and light floral notes that intertwine with a delicate spicy perception. The vinification takes place with careful processing and a short aging in steel, which fully preserves the liveliness and immediacy of the fruit.
