Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Rossana by Ceretto represents a classic example of this appreciated Piedmontese variety. With an intense ruby red color and violet reflections, this wine maintains a vibrant freshness, characteristic of young Dolcetto. On the nose, it opens with notes of cherry and plum, enriched by hints of violet and a light spiciness. On the palate, it is generous and balanced, with a soft entry that evolves into medium tannins, resulting in a pleasantly persistent finish. The Ceretto winery, known for its attention to quality and sustainability, has produced a wine that faithfully reflects the terroir of Alba. Excellent to enjoy at a young age, it pairs well with light appetizers, ragù pasta dishes, and mildly aged cheeses. A classic example of how Dolcetto d'Alba can be a pleasant companion at the daily table.
