Erbaluce Passito - Erbavoglio - Torraccia, produced in the renowned Caluso area, elegantly expresses the soul of the native Erbaluce grape variety. The land of the Turin hills gives this sweet wine a natural freshness and aromatic intensity, enhanced by the traditional grape drying method. The long aging process imparts a complex richness with aromas of honey, candied fruit, and floral notes, accompanied by a delicate sapidity that supports its structure.

On the palate, it opens soft and enveloping, with a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity, inviting a pleasant persistence. An ideal companion to desserts based on nut tarts, blue cheeses, or typical Piedmontese sweets, Erbaluce Passito - Erbavoglio - Torraccia is a refined expression of the territory, capable of surprising even the most demanding enthusiasts. Every sip tells the passion and care that this winery dedicates to its land.
