'Etna DOC Rosso "Contrada Zottorinotto" in Magnum format, produced by Cottanera, embodies the authenticity and exceptional nature of the wines of Etna, on the volcanic slopes of Sicily. The Cottanera winery, committed to valorising the territory and native vines, offers a wine that reflects the uniqueness and complexity of the volcanic soil.

This wine has an intense ruby red color, highlighted by garnet reflections which testify to its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, with intense notes of ripe berries, such as dark cherries and wild blackberries, accompanied by subtle hints of spices, aromatic herbs and a delicate mineral note, typical of the volcanic territory.

In the mouth, the Etna DOC Rosso "Contrada Zottorinotto" Magnum stands out for its elegant and well-balanced structure, with silky tannins and a lively acidity that give the wine a surprising harmony. The sip is enveloping and persistent, with a long and pleasantly savory finish, which invites another sip.

This extraordinary wine is the ideal companion for a variety of Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine, such as roast meat, game, pasta with rich sauces and mature cheeses. Thanks to its versatility and complexity, it is also perfect to be enjoyed alone, in moments of relaxation and contemplation.
