The Etna Rosso DOC Villa dei Baroni di Carranco is born on the slopes of the majestic Etna volcano, a land rich in history and unique minerality. Produced mainly from the Nerello Mascalese grape variety, it manages to best express the volcanic territory with its altitudes and soils of volcanic origin. The aging takes place in oak barrels, where the wine matures with elegance and develops complexity, maintaining freshness and structure.

In the glass, it presents a bright ruby color, showing olfactory notes ranging from red fruits to delicate spices, with nuances of Mediterranean herbs and light smoky notes that recall the terroir. The taste is harmonious, with silky tannins and a lively acidity that gives dynamism and persistence. Perfect with roasted meats, aged cheeses, or traditional Sicilian dishes, it offers an authentic and refined experience of this extraordinary corner of Sicily.
