A part of the Apennines located between hills, plains, valleys, gullies and steep landscapes, this is Irpinia! Campania's hidden heart among the oldest vineyards in Italy, which preserves the roots of millenary vines.
Dedicated to Marianna, it is a great white of ancient culture and tradition that shows itself at the sight of a pale straw yellow colour. The olfactory profile reveals pleasant hints of white flowers accompanied by pleasant aromas of toasted hazelnuts, fruity notes of cooked apple and fennel leaf. A sip that appears immediately elegant, with a harmonious and dry taste, with a good persistent structure.
It is recommended to combine it with risottos and seafood and also served with fish-based dishes cooked on the grill or in the oven; it is perfect with delicate white meats.
