In the glass, Animantica Etna Rosso shows a bright, transparent ruby that conveys freshness and energy. On the nose come concentrated red fruits, delicate floral notes and a slight hint of Mediterranean spices; the aromatic profile is honest and well-defined without being overpowering. The palate is agile and vertical: vibrant acidity and fine tannins support a lean structure, while a subtly savory mineral note threads through to a finish of good persistence.

Its elegant profile makes this Etna Rosso very versatile at the table: ideal with flavorful white meats, mushroom dishes, rustic pasta and medium-aged cheeses, but it also stands up well to heartier meat preparations. Serve at around 16–18 °C and let it breathe for a few minutes if you prefer it softer; a daily companion that combines personality and drinkability, suitable for everyday meals as well as informal occasions.
