After careful selection of the grapes, at the right moment of ripeness, these are harvested manually in boxes. This is followed by delicate pressing with selection of the best part of the grapes, for no more than 55% of the yield. Each cru is vinified alone. Fermentation takes place partly in steel vats at a controlled temperature, and partly in oak barrels. Bottle aging is for a minimum of 24 months.
In the glass, this elegant bubble has a coppery pink color and the perlage is fine and persistent. A harmonious bouquet seduces the olfactory sense, thanks to ssweet sensations of sponge cake, wild strawberries and notes of raspberries and citrus fruits on the finish. In the mouth, it immediately demonstrates a good structure and the right balance of flavor and freshness that give a sweet and long finish, to be savored to the full.
