The grapes are subjected to a soft pressing, to obtain the separation of the must which will then be fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. While the sparkling base is aged for 6-7 months.
Maturation on the lees for at least 18 months.
Fantastic typical bouquet of floral aromas and yeasts. The sip is enveloping, soft and fresh. Excellent if you want to accompany dinners based on sushi or aperitifs.
