The Franciacorta Brut Milles. The term "Mon Satèn," in the local dialect, emphasizes the smoothness and softness of this sparkling wine, truly a homage to the delicate weave of satin fabrics.
This Franciacorta is primarily made from Chardonnay grapes, handpicked in the finest vineyards of the Villa winery, located in prime positions ensuring excellent sun exposure and an ideal microclimate. Fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, enhancing the wine's aromatic profile and adding complexity to its taste.
Visually, the Mon Satèn presents a bright straw yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles, a sign of high-level craftsmanship in classic method sparkling wine production.
