This Franciacorta stands out for the unique and personal way in which it expresses the true essence of Franciacorta, enhancing both the Chardonnay grape and the refined "classic method" sparkling wine production technique. The grapes, carefully harvested by hand, are subjected to vinification with delicate pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature between 15° and 16° degrees.

This is followed by a period of refinement in steel with regular 'bâtonnage' interventions until the moment of second fermentation, scheduled for the end of winter. The aging process on the yeasts lasts for at least 30 months, followed by disgorgement. The bottles complete their maturation process in the company for approximately six months before being marketed.

The straw yellow color has a medium charge. The scent is sincere, clean, fresh and clear, with elegant notes of elderflower, golden apple and light citrus hints. In the mouth, the wine stands out for its fullness, persistence and freshness, without ever being intrusive, offering a captivating experience.

Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany an entire meal, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, even the most delicate ones, as well as first courses based on shellfish or vegetables.

Winery history
A Savoldi family project born to turn a passion passed down through generations into an independent production venture. The brand was conceived as an intergenerational initiative led by the young owner together with her uncle and grandfather, with the aim of creating a distinctive Franciacorta style and strengthening the connection to the territory.
Production philosophy
Low-intervention production that prioritizes respect for the environment: widespread use of modern technologies in both winery and vineyard, reduced chemical treatments, long aging and restrained sugar dosages to express minerality and the identity of the territory. In the winery the focus is on gentle processes and on limiting the use of additives.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is located in Cazzago San Martino, in the heart of the DOCG Franciacorta. It manages three vineyards with complementary characteristics — Timoline, Capriolo and Passirano — on morainic and fluvio-glacial soils that impart complexity and persistence to the wines.
