The Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rosé by Monogram Franciacorta is an example of refined elegance, which combines the sparkling wine tradition of Franciacorta with the passion and savoir-faire of the Monogram winery. This rosé sparkling wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which give the blend a complexity and distinctive character, in line with the high quality standards of the Franciacorta DOCG denomination.

Visually, the Brut Rosé presents itself with a pale and brilliant pink color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage which testifies to the attention in winemaking and the long maturation on the yeasts. On the nose, seductive aromas of small red fruits emerge, such as strawberries and raspberries, combined with delicate floral touches and a light note of toasted bread, the result of refinement in the bottle which adds complexity to the bouquet.

On the palate, Franciacorta Rosé stands out for its extraordinary harmony and balance. The lively acidity and freshness of red fruits combine with a creamy texture and subtle minerality, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish, with returns of delicate spicy and citrus notes.

Ideal as a very classy aperitif, Monogram's Franciacorta DOCG Brut Rosé is also a versatile companion to accompany a wide variety of dishes, from appetizers to light first courses, including preparations based on fish, white meats and moderate cheeses. seasoned. Its elegance and complexity make it perfect for special occasions and memorable toasts.
