The Facchetti Franciacorta DOCG Nature represents the pinnacle in the production of Italian classic method sparkling wines. This esteemed wine is produced in Lombardy, in the renowned Franciacorta area, where the microclimate and special soil impart unique characteristics to the grape varieties.

The Facchetti Franciacorta Nature is a sparkling wine made primarily from Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, thus adding structure and complexity to the blend. The term "Nature" indicates that the sparkling wine is produced without any added sugars after the second fermentation (dosage zero), enhancing the natural essence of the wine and its original freshness.

Visually, the wine displays a bright straw-yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that caresses the palate. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh fruit, floral notes, and a touch of toasted bread emerge, due to the aging of at least 30 months on the yeast, which adds complexity and aromatic depth.

On the palate, the Facchetti Franciacorta DOCG Nature offers a surprising freshness, with a lively acidity that balances out with a rich structure and a long-lasting taste. Notes of citrus, green apples, and a slight minerality complete the profile of this refined sparkling wine.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Franciacorta Nature is also an excellent companion for delicate appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood. A wine that enhances every special occasion, ideal for celebrating unforgettable moments with elegance and sophistication.
