Il Franciacorta Fuoriserie N. 024 di Monte Rossa è un raffinato esempio di vino italiano. Creato con uve selezionate rigorosamente, si distingue per l’eleganza e la complessità dei suoi aromi e sapori. Al naso, presenta note di frutta gialla matura come pesca e albicocca, accompagnate da sfumature di agrumi e sentori di fiori bianchi. L’affinamento sui lieviti dona al vino una trama cremosa in bocca, con bollicine fini e persistenti che esaltano i sapori. 

Al palato, si percepiscono sentori di crosta di pane e mandorla tostata, seguiti da una piacevole freschezza e una buona acidità, che conferiscono un perfetto equilibrio. La mineralità tipica dei terreni morenici si fa notare, rendendo questo vino adatto ad abbinamenti gastronomici variegati: dai piatti di mare come crostacei e molluschi, a primi delicati e carni bianche.

Founded in 1972 by Paolo Rabotti and Paola Rovetta. Located on the hill of Bornato, Franciacorta. Specializing in Traditional Method sparkling wines. The Cabochon line is regarded as the flagship label and has received widespread recognition. New winery designed for sustainable production and recently opened.
Winery history
The estate was established through the commitment of Paolo Rabotti and Paola Rovetta. The family's winemaking activity at Monte Rossa began in 1972. Over time the estate progressively focused its production on Franciacorta sparkling wines, developing cru and reserve selections that have contributed to its national and international visibility.
Production philosophy
The production project focuses on research, experimentation and technology to produce characterful Franciacorta: care of the crus, selective use of fermentations and attention to sustainability in the organization of the new winery.
Terroir and vineyards
Collina di Monte Rossa in Bornato, in the heart of the Franciacorta denomination. The territory is of morainic origin, characterized by hills and mineral-rich soils that contribute to the structure and sapidity of the grapes.
