La Capinera Rosé Brut from Vigneti Cenci expresses an elegant, taut profile: fine bubbles and a soft mousse accompany a bouquet that leans toward scents of small red berries, white peach and subtle notes of bread crust. Visually it shows a delicate powder-pink that foretells the fruity character; the whole is bright, with lively acidity that gives freshness without being aggressive and a saline thread that supports its development. The palate is immediate yet well-paced, suited to those seeking a rosé of character without excess.

On the palate it confirms its balance: medium body, a steady fruit and controlled softness that leaves room for a lasting finish and a pleasant saline trail. Ideal as a refined aperitif, it pairs well with seafood starters, smoked salmon or shellfish dishes; it also stands up to flavorful vegetarian preparations and livelier Mediterranean fare. Serve well chilled, in glasses that showcase the bubbles; perfect for convivial moments and occasions when freshness and personality are sought.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
