The Franciacorta Rosè Demi-Sec DOCG from Briolette - Villa represents excellence in the Italian sparkling wine scene, combining elegance and complexity in every sip. Produced in the renowned cellars of Villa, this Franciacorta is made following strict winemaking methodologies that ensure superior quality.

The uniqueness of this wine lies in its delicate pink color, achieved through the skillful maceration of Pinot Nero grapes, with a touch of Chardonnay to enhance its freshness. The nose reveals lively fragrances of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with subtle hints of yeast and brioche bread, due to the long maturation process on the lees.

On the palate, the Franciacorta Rosè Demi-Sec stands out for its perfect balance between moderate sweetness and vibrant acidity. The fine, persistent bubbles caress the palate, leading to a finish that lingers with elegance and persistence.

This wine is ideal for celebrating special moments or as a dessert accompaniment with not overly sweet desserts. It is also a perfect match for fish dishes or seafood crudités, where its freshness can balance delicate and intense flavors.

Let yourself be captivated by the refinement and complexity of the Franciacorta Rosè Demi-Sec DOCG from Briolette - Villa, a classy choice for any special occasion.
