The Franciacorta Rosè Pas Dosè Millesimato DOCG by Bokè Noir is a rare gem in the Italian wine scene, offered by the prestigious Villa winery. Produced in the renowned lands of Franciacorta, this wine is the result of a careful selection of the finest Pinot Nero grapes, vinified in rosé with a brief maceration of the skins to achieve the typical and delicate pink color that distinguishes it.

This Franciacorta Rosè stands out for its Pas Dosè character, which means that no dosage liqueur is added at the time of disgorgement. This stylistic choice leads to an extremely pure and sincere wine, in which all the finesse and complexity of the aromas emerge. On the nose, it immediately reveals notes of small red fruits, such as strawberries and currants, enriched by slight nuances of bread crust and almond, due to the long maturation on the yeasts.

In the mouth, the Franciacorta Rosè Pas Dosè Millesimato displays extraordinary freshness, accompanied by an elegant structure and an aromatic persistence that invites another sip. The finish is clean and surprisingly long, characterized by a pleasant acidic vein that makes it an ideal companion for fish-based dishes or enjoyable aperitifs.

Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C to fully enjoy its qualities. An excellent proposal for lovers of expressive and unconventional Franciacorta who are looking for a wine capable of delivering pure emotions with every sip.
