The Friulano Collio DOC 'Ronco delle Cime' from Venica expresses the fresh, aromatic character of the grape and the Collio area. Straw-yellow with green-tinged reflections, it offers aromas of white flowers, aromatic herbs and a delicate almond note. On the palate it shows balanced body, good acidity and a slight savoriness that supports the fruit; the finish is clean and persistent without excess. The structure is perceived as clear, with moderate aromatic intensity favoring freshness and a linear profile.

It is best enjoyed young to appreciate its liveliness, yet remains a versatile pairing: it goes with seafood appetizers, baked or grilled fish, light soups and fresh cheeses. Suitable for everyday meals as well as more refined lunches; excellent with simple vegetable dishes, shellfish or delicate cured meats. Serve at around 10–12 °C, preferably in tulip-shaped glasses to enhance aromatic expression.
