The Friulano Toc Bas from Ronco del Gelso, labelled Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte DOC, shows a bright straw-yellow color with green highlights. On the nose it reveals delicate notes of white flowers, sweet and bitter almond, light herbal hints and a touch of white-fleshed fruit; the aromatic profile is clean, balanced and not overly complex, offering an honest expression of the variety and the territory.

On the palate it confirms a fresh, fragrant line with lively acidity and medium body supported by pleasant sapidity. The finish is clear, of moderate persistence, leaving memories of almond and subtle mineral notes. It pairs well with seafood starters, light soups, grilled fish and vegetable dishes; serve at around 10–12 °C. This white is suitable for informal occasions as well as convivial meals, providing versatility at the table.
