The Friulano is considered by many to be the vine of the Friulian tradition. For many years it was in fact combined with regional cuisine and accompanied drinks with friends in the tavern. The name it has been given recalls the Friulian aptitude for identifying customs and traditions with a word, the Vila is in fact the physical environment where institutions and activities of public, social and recreational interest coexisted in the rural centers of the past. .
The grapes are grown with organic fertilization and integrated phytosanitary defense with the abolition of chemical weeding; it is then carefully selected and hand-picked. Fermentation in steel tanks (20-22 ° C), combined stainless steel / wood maturation on the fine deposit for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage. Bottling and bottle aging for at least 12 months.
La Vila is bright straw yellow in color with golden reflections. A full and complex wine in the mouth with a well-balanced acidity, from which floral and nutty notes stand out on the nose. An elegant white that ensures great quality and pleasure to give or taste at your table. Excellent with cheeses, vegetables, cold cuts and freshwater fish dishes.
