Bertani is an ancient winery born in 1857 with the unification of Italy, guided by the desire and pride of representing the excellence of a new nation with a millenary culture. A brand that is certainly mainly associated with Amarone della Valpolicella.

But Bertani is not only red wines, Due Uve is proof of this. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio grapes that give rise to a perfectly harmonized wine between aroma and elegance.

It is presented in the glass with a light straw yellow color. On the nose it gives off a varied and very pleasant bouquet where the typical scents are evident of Sauvignon: from the fruity aroma of ripe peach, to hints of elderberry and sage, ending with hints of green pepper.

When tasted, it immediately shows character and fragrance. The sapidity of Pinot Grigio enhances the sip and mixes well with the fragrant acidity.

Due Uve is the ideal glass to combine with risottos, first courses and seafood main courses. Also excellent in the company of not particularly aged cheeses.
