The Fronton Rouge Tot Ço Que Cal, produced by the renowned Chateau Plaisance, is a red wine characteristic of the Fronton region in France. This wine is an excellent example of the winery's ability to express the uniqueness of the local terroir through carefully curated winemaking techniques. The Fronton Rouge Tot Ço Que Cal is predominantly composed of Négrette grapes, which impart the wine with a deep ruby hue and an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of berries, leather, and a slight spiciness. On the palate, the wine reveals a well-balanced structure with soft tannins and a pleasant aromatic persistence. Its freshness and vivacity make it ideal to accompany red meat dishes, matured cheeses, and Mediterranean cuisine. Chateau Plaisance employs sustainable farming practices, ensuring not only the quality of the wine but also respect for the environment.

Winery history
The estate is located in the heart of the Saint-Émilion appellation; the official website records the founding of Château Plaisance in 1881. The property passed into the management of the Egan family in 2005–2006, and since then the owners have renovated the cellars and modernized the vineyard while retaining traditional Bordeaux winemaking practices.
Production philosophy

Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Montagne/Saint-Émilion area, the vineyard is planted on clayey-siliceous soils and gentle slopes that promote sun exposure and the ripening of the grapes typical of the appellation.
