The Fukuju Yuzushu Sake 50cl is a refined Japanese liqueur that combines the delicacy of traditional sake with the citrus explosion of yuzu, a typical fruit of East Asia. Produced in the Hyogo region, famous for its qualities in rice processing and its pure waters, this yuzushu stands out for the harmony between sweetness and freshness.
Obtained from the fermentation of rice with the addition of yuzu juice and peel, the sake is then refined in stainless steel barrels at low temperature to preserve its fruity aromas. On the nose, it releases lively citrus scents, with hints of mandarin and light floral notes, while on the palate it reveals itself balanced, smooth, and delicately sparkling, with a clean and harmonious finish.
Perfect to enjoy chilled as an aperitif or paired with Japanese cuisine dishes such as sushi and tempura, the Fukuju Yuzushu Sake offers a refined and enveloping sensory experience.
