The Furiel by Borgo dei Posseri is a Sauvignon Blanc that is born in the heart of the Vigneti delle Dolomiti, one of the most fascinating wine areas of Trentino-Alto Adige. This territory, characterized by a fresh microclimate due to the altitude and the influence of the Dolomitic mountains, gives the wine extraordinary freshness and a surprising aromatic complexity.

The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, cultivated with extreme care, expresses here its most authentic personality, dominated by intense aromas of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits, and a delicate hint of exotic fruit. The winemaking method adopted by Borgo dei Posseri emphasizes the enhancement of varietal characteristics, with a careful fermentation that preserves the liveliness and purity of the olfactory profiles.

On the palate, the Furiel reveals itself elegant and enveloping, with a balance between vibrant acidity and softness, a persistent finish with mineral notes, typical of the Dolomitic soil. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with dishes based on fish, shellfish or white meats, this wine brings to the table all the freshness and authenticity of the alpine territory.
