Arenis takes its name from the land, the type is "red sandstone"; Thus was born a wine with a straw yellow color with golden reflections.
A Gewurztraminer produced with grapes of the homonymous vine whose vineyards are located between 300 and 400 m above sea level. in the Bassa Atesina, a territory of Alto Adige which is located between Bolzano and the lock of Salorno.
A splendid and tasty expression typical of its territory, Gewurztraminer comes
vinified with cold maceration in the press, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and is then aged on the fine lees.
The nose is very aromatic with an intense and very rich aroma defined by floral scents, aromas of exotic fruits, citrus fruits, spices, mint and gingerbread.
On the palate it is intensely aromatic, characterized by the typical scent of licorice.
An enveloping and soft taste that goes perfectly with fish appetizers, grilled vegetables, smoked foods, polenta with cheese and mushrooms, fondue, speck and dumplings.
