A gin with a bold yet restrained character. On the nose it’s incisive without being overpowering, with a resinous profile that evokes pine and juniper needles, layered over citrus freshness and light herbal nuances; all well balanced by a slightly spicy base that enriches its complexity. The palate confirms cleanliness and depth: a compact sip, well balanced between smoothness and edge, with a lingering finish that invites a second sip.

In tasting it delivers controlled warmth and a clean ending, suitable both neat or with ice and for mixing: it lends itself with personality to tonic-based classics as well as to more elaborate cocktails. In the kitchen it enhances delicate preparations such as raw seafood, tartare and grilled vegetables, offering fresh contrasts without overpowering. Serve chilled, in a large glass to appreciate its aromas; a smart choice for those seeking a gin with a defined and refined personality.
