It lends itself equally well to drinking neat, at a controlled temperature, and to use in mixing: with a good tonic it keeps its personality and is enhanced by a citrus twist or a slice of cucumber, while in classic cocktails it provides precision and aromatic control. The 70cl bottle is practical for home or bar; recommended to serve it cool, in large glasses that allow the profile to breathe, and to pair it with delicate seafood dishes, aromatic salads or white meats.
