Gin Stregatto Absinthe by Davide Bortolotto: driven by the search for a pleasure in the bad dark period of the lockdown in his Campigo, a hamlet of Castelfranco Veneto in the province of Treviso, he gathered friends and expert acquaintances to give life to his thoughts, often suggested by cultured suggestions and historical references

Like the same name he chose as a brand, being the character of the Cheshire Cat narrated in the novel Alice in Wonderland.

The flagship product uses absinthe as its main ingredient, a companion of inspiration for many 19th-century French poets and artists, but Bortolotto is keen to use the herbs and essences of the territory in its products as well.

A particularly spicy and fragrant Gin, with a limpid and crystalline appearance, inebriates with Mediterranean and herbaceous aromas. Pungent and refined, it offers the palate an intense and truly unique taste.

Bilberry (mirtillo nero) noted in the organoleptic profile of the Classico. Wormwood/ aromatic herbs (primary ingredients in the Assenzio version).
