Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry by Col Vetoraz is the valid representative of the classic version of Prosecco, the one that has always been better known in the Triveneto area, the most loved for the perfect harmony between softness and freshness of the sip.
It is a sparkling wine produced with the Charmat Method, which above all enhances the varietal notes of the grape, emphasizing the fruity fragrance profile and expressive immediacy.
Born on the steep hills of Valdobbiadene, from the native Glera vine, where it has been cultivated here for centuries.
The vinification is carried out in white, classic, with fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The base wines remain in tanks for a few months, then are placed in an autoclave and sent for the second fermentation which usually lasts about 30-40 days. The refinement lasts a few months, then the wines are ready to be bottled.
Prosecco Extra Dry Col Vetoraz offers the discovery of a sparkling wine with a pleasantly simple taste, right to drink at any time, but above all as an aperitif, with light appetizers, seafood first and second courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
It has a velvety freshness and delicate fruit, a perfect combination, the secret of its excellent gustatory harmony. In the glass it wears an elegant robe, bright straw yellow in color, with a thin and delicate foam. On the nose, the bouquet recalls aromas of white acacia and orange blossom flowers, followed by fruity aromas of ripe white peach, Williams pear and green apple.
The sip is a perfect harmony between great balance, fruity aromas and mineral freshness, with a savory finish typical of the terroir.
