The distillation process is carefully controlled to preserve all the fragrant aromas of the Moscato grape, known for their delicate sweet floral and fruity notes. After distillation, the grappa was allowed to mature in oak barrels, where it gained complexity and a surprising softness, while still maintaining the freshness typical of the original grapes.
On the nose, the Grappa AB Selezione Moscato Millesimata 1997 offers a captivating bouquet with aromas of peach, apricot, and subtle touches of vanilla and honey, which come from the aging in wood. On the palate, it is distinguished by its elegance and balance, with a velvety texture that wraps around the taste leaving a long aromatic persistence that recalls the olfactory sensations.
Presented in a refined Giftbox, it makes an ideal gift for connoisseurs or an exceptional addition to any collection of fine spirits. Perfect to be served at the end of a meal as a digestif, it pairs beautifully with spoon desserts or chocolate.
We recommend serving it at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius to enhance all its organoleptic qualities. The Grappa AB Selezione Moscato Millesimata 1997 is not only a prestigious distillate but also a sensory experience that celebrates the richness and evolution of taste through the years.
