In the glass it shows a warm, enveloping character, the result of wood ageing that softens the profile and gives amber highlights. On the nose there are clear yet restrained sensations: dry, ripe notes suggesting dried fruit, honey and a slight spiciness, without ever losing cleanliness and finesse. The texture is complex but balanced, never excessive; the aroma invites a sip thanks to a good harmony between body and freshness, with subtle vanilla veins that add to the overall elegance.

On the palate it confirms a well-managed softness, with pleasant warmth and a light tannic caress that supports the structure. The sip is full, with good persistence, returning almond and toasted notes balanced by residual salinity; the final sensation remains dry and clean, leaving a pleasant memory that lingers. Serve cool but not cold; it is suitable both for post-meal contemplation and for pairing with dry pastries, dark chocolate or aged cheeses, offering versatility without overpowering the palate.
