The Grappa Bianca Passito Raboso of Casa Roma is born from the careful distillation of the pomace of the Raboso grape variety, typical of the Veneto region, known for its tannic structure and aromatic intensity.
This spirit appears crystalline and clear, expressing fragrant scents that recall the fruity and sweet notes of the passito from which it derives, with a harmonious balance between freshness and persistence. The aging in steel preserves the purity of the aromas intact, offering a pleasant softness and a decisive character to the palate.
Ideal as a digestive, it pairs perfectly with dry or meditation desserts, offering an elegant and enveloping experience.
