Richness and finesse coexist in this grappa made from the pomace of Barbaresco Rabajà, harvested in the 2006 vintage and presented as an anniversary edition. On the nose it opens with a warm, inviting profile: notes of dried fruit, candied orange peel and a delicate spiciness that sit alongside light balsamic hints and vanilla touches, a sign of well-judged maturation. The palate is enveloping without losing clarity, with a soft texture that supports the structure and a persistence that invites slowly finishing the glass.

Its balanced character makes this grappa versatile: perfect as a meditative digestif but also able to accompany a square of dark chocolate or a platter of aged cheeses. Served in a tulip glass at room temperature, it reveals all its elegance and depth, leaving a warm, clean sensation on the finish that confirms careful, respectful handling of the raw material.
