Elegant and restrained, this Brachetto grappa presents a fine and immediately recognizable aromatic profile. On the nose there are floral notes of rose and a faint hint of small red berries, supported by a light spicy touch that does not overpower the overall freshness. The sip is soft and enveloping: the alcohol is warm but well integrated, the texture flows smoothly and cleanly, with an underlying sweetness that recalls fresh jam without becoming heavy. The persistence is pleasant, with floral echoes and a crisp finish.

Conveniently presented in a 150-cl magnum bottle, this grappa suits convivial moments but retains a contemplative character, meant to be sipped slowly after a meal. It pairs well with desserts that are not overly sweet, with dark chocolate or with soft cheeses, and also serves as a light digestif. A cool, not icy, serving temperature will enhance the clarity of the aromas and the roundness of the palate.
