| Digestif, serve at room temperature |
On the palate it shows a pleasant roundness and measured warmth, with very softened tannins and a structure that retains freshness and sapidity. The sip is enveloping but not heavy, with floral and fruity echoes that linger into a clear, clean finish. It works well as a digestif, to be sipped from a tulip glass at a slightly cool temperature, and pairs with dark chocolate, dry pastries and red fruit-based desserts; it also provides a good contrast to aged cheeses. Ideal for those seeking an aromatic grappa with balanced character.

Distillation
Discontinuous bain-marie stills for grappas; extracts, infusions and macerations for amari, vermouth and liqueurs; artisanal process with careful selection of raw materials.
