Marolo's Brachetto Grappa offers a fragrant, unmistakable bouquet without artifice. On the nose it reveals rose petals and small red berries, accompanied by a subtle spicy thread that does not overpower the delicacy of the aroma. The color is crystalline and the olfactory clarity contributes to a sense of finesse; the intensity is measured and invites a slow, attentive tasting.

On the palate it shows a pleasant roundness and measured warmth, with very softened tannins and a structure that retains freshness and sapidity. The sip is enveloping but not heavy, with floral and fruity echoes that linger into a clear, clean finish. It works well as a digestif, to be sipped from a tulip glass at a slightly cool temperature, and pairs with dark chocolate, dry pastries and red fruit-based desserts; it also provides a good contrast to aged cheeses. Ideal for those seeking an aromatic grappa with balanced character.
